    A booking is confirmed only after the fee, expenses, hours, deliverables, usage rights, payment arrangements and cancellation terms are agreed in writing.

A registry-office ceremony may need one photographer for a short period. A larger celebration may benefit from several creatives working together. We only include the people and services your wedding genuinely needs.

Three clear ways to book

The right level of coverage, clearly explained.

The £250 starting price does not cover a large venue, full-day coverage or a four-person creative team. Every quote confirms the hours, people, travel, deliverables and payment terms before booking. UKSP retains 10% of the agreed creative fee for bookings it arranges or manages; unless stated otherwise, this is included in the quote rather than added to it. Read the full terms.

One conversation can organise the whole creative experience.

For couples who want more than photography, Social Photography can build and coordinate a wider package around the venue, guest numbers, style and budget.

Your budget helps UKSP suggest a realistic approach. It does not commit you to paying anything, and all costs will be explained before a booking is confirmed.

Only relevant project information will initially be shared. Private contact details and the complete venue address are not automatically given to every member.

Before you review

Urgent enquiries are prioritised where possible, but creative availability cannot be guaranteed.

We normally respond within two working days. Submitting this form is free and does not create a confirmed booking. UKSP will review the brief and discuss suitable options and costs before you commit.

Plain-English responsibility

How bookings work

The current Terms allow UKSP to act as an introducer, booking coordinator or creative service provider. The written quotation must identify which role applies to your project.

Who is the contract with?
The written quotation identifies whether the customer contracts with UKSP, the independent creative, or both for different parts of the service.
Who receives payment?
The website Terms do not set one fixed recipient. The written quotation must state who invoices or receives each payment before booking.
How does the coordination fee work?
For paid work arranged through UKSP, the normal 10% coordination commission is included in the quoted creative fee unless the quotation clearly says otherwise.
Who confirms deliverables and cancellation?
The project-specific written quotation confirms deliverables, usage, deadlines, deposits, payment dates and cancellation arrangements.
What if a creative is unavailable?
No person's availability is guaranteed. UKSP can discuss another suitable creative, but any replacement and revised scope must be agreed before work proceeds.
How are complaints handled?
Raise service concerns with UKSP by email. The Terms state that service complaints will normally be acknowledged within 14 days.
When is it legally confirmed?
Only after scope, date, location, price, usage, expenses and any deposit are agreed in writing and UKSP confirms acceptance.
